You'll get an e-mail confirming receipt of your purchase if you place an order. This email will simply confirm that your order has been received, and it will not be an acceptance of it. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and AfterPay on our website. When you sign up for the first time, we will charge your credit card $1 as a pre-authorization. Once your credit card has been validated, upon clicking “PLACE ORDER” we will debit your credit card immediately for the full order amount. Pre-authorization charges will clear within 3 - 5 working days after placing your order (depending on your bank's practices).
We may from time to time give promotional discount codes, which may be used on any, or a subset of, purchases made via this Website. Any discount code will come with its own set of terms and conditions at the time of issue.
Gift Cards may be physical Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards that are sent in an email. Gift cards are available in specific currencies, so gift cards supplied in New Zealand dollars can be used in New Zealand businesses and on the New Zealand website, whereas gift cards provided in Australian dollars may be redeemed in Australian stores and on the Australian website. They are not redeemable for cash or traveler's cheque. No change will be given for a purchase made with a Gift Card. The Gift Card expires three years from the date of issue (or date of purchase for E-Gift Cards). Gift Cards are partially redeemable and it is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires. When the cost of a purchase exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment. Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Gift cards cannot be redeemed on Beekeeping Gear merchandise in Australian stores or on the Beekeeping Gear website. Beekeeping Gear disclaims all responsibility for lost or stolen cards. We occasionally have pre-order items on hand. This allows consumers to order ahead of time and receive a guaranteed delivery once the stock arrives.
Please read the product description carefully to ensure you're ready to wait for the promised delivery date. Here you will also find the estimated arrival date of the pre-order. This date is an expected delivery date only and may vary due to elements out of Beekeeping Gear's control. Beekeeping Gear will ship pre-order items as a priority once the stock has arrived at our warehouse.
